How to define the word ‘ Old ‘ ? Few years ago when I read the newspaper, the reporter wrote “ In a road accident, an old lady was hit by a car ……… .” When I read the details and found that the injured was at the age of early 50’s, I said to myself “ Is that age people call it ‘Old ‘ , Will I be called ‘ Old Lady ‘ when I come to that age ? “

Actually, many people start worrying when they reach the early 40’s. Looking into the mirror every morning to check if winkles appear on their faces. Would you rather sit there and wait for the winkles to show on your faces or do something to slow down the aging process ? Skin and Hair Care

Our skin and hair are some of the key factors of reflecting our age, at least from the appearance. Skin care therapy and hair care are necessary for keeping us look bright and young.

Taking well balanced, healthy diet and drink enough water are very helpful for maintaining our skin quality. Amount the healthy food; I found black sesames seeds benefit me a lot. In China, black sesame seeds can be used as spice or medicine. Black sesame seeds contain high percentage of calcium, protein, phosphorous, iron and magnesium. These elements can strengthen our bones, teeth, livers and kidneys. The oil inside these seeds helps us to moisturize our skin and hair. Many Chinese take black sesame seeds into their recipes for keeping their hair dark and rich.

Usually, you can buy the black sesame seeds from the herbal shops, markets of exotic food stores. After you bought these seeds home, bake them at about 80 - 100℃ for 10 minutes, leave them cold and store in a clean dry container. For your convenience, ground all the seeds into powder in one time and you can take a dosage of about 10 grams per day. I put a tablespoon of the black sesame seeds powder into my oat meal for breakfast every morning. I can tell you; my friends envy on my dark rich hair and healthy skin very much.
