For your convenience, ground all the seeds into powder in one time and you can take a dosage of about 10 grams per day. I put a tablespoon of the black sesame seeds powder into my oat meal for breakfast every morning. I can tell you; my friends envy on my dark rich hair and healthy skin very much.
